Discover Cathy, an elegant cylindrical LED lamp made of glass and stainless steel, designed by zangra. This modern light fitting is easy to install thanks to its two mounting brackets and can be used both indoors and outdoors, offering versatile lighting options.
Cathy is fully dust- and water-proof, making her perfect for any environment. The lamp has a unique mirror finish on one side. By turning the tube so that the mirror faces the room, you create atmospheric indirect lighting that subtly accentuates the walls. If you point the mirror side towards the wall or ceiling, you enjoy maximum illumination of the room.
Important information for mounting
- For vertical mounting on an outside wall, always place Cathy with the power cord at the bottom of the tube.
- If there is no connection point at the desired location, you can attach a plug to the 150 cm long power cord and connect the lamp to the nearest socket.
- The cable can be easily shortened if necessary.
- The cable (3x1.0mm2) can be replaced with another one.
What does the IP value mean on a light fitting?
All light fittings are classified according to their IP value. These IP values (International Protection or Ingress Protection) indicate the degree of protection of the light fitting against dust and moisture. The IP value consists of two digits: the first digit indicates the level of protection against dust; the second, the level of protection against moisture. The first digit (6) indicates the degree to which the luminaire is protected against solid objects and dust.The second digit (9) indicates protection against moisture.
6 : this product is completely dust-proof
9 : this product can be used when humidity exceeds 90% or subjected to high-pressure spraying with hot water and steam.
Indoors: this model is perfect for indoors and may be placed in a damp room.
Outdoors: this model is suitable for outdoor use.
P69 Offers the highest possible protection against dust, high-pressure steam cleaning, high-pressure water jets and high temperatures.
