delivery options for zangra gift vouchers
After placing your order, zangra will contact you to confirm your preferred delivery method.
1. Standard envelope
The gift voucher is sent by regular mail without tracking. This is the most economical delivery option. Please note that lost or delayed mail cannot be traced or replaced.

- Outside Europe: shipping costs are calculated on request, depending on the destination country.
2. Tracked shipping
For extra peace of mind, the gift voucher can be sent with a tracking number. The additional shipping cost can be provided by zangra's customer service before your order is placed.
3. PDF by e-mail
The gift voucher will be made available as a PDF in your account. Simply complete it, print it, or forward it directly to the recipient. Naturally, there are no shipping costs for this option.
4. Collect from zangra's Brussels shop
The gift voucher can be collected free of charge from zangra's Brussels shop.
