I can’t make an online payment
If you can’t pay your order via our online platform, you can pay by bank transfer.
To do this, just follow the indication under this »link«.
Don’t forget to mention the order number.
You don’t need to send us a proof of payment.
When our accounting department will receive the payment, your order will be directly validated and prepared.
Where do I find again my unpaid order?
1) Please click on the user icon from the menu above and log into the system.
2) Choose "ORDER HISTORY" on the left-hand column.
3) Then, in the "INVOICE" column, click on the small icon to download the proforma invoice corresponding to your order.
