3) Payment with zangracash
If you have decided to return one or more products or if zangra owes you money, zangra will activate the zangracash service and have the amount credited to your account for your next purchase. 
To pay with zangracash, you must be logged into your zangra account. Your zangracash will then automatically be available at checkout. Any outstanding balance can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
Your zangracash account will be charged on the day your order is placed.
Your zangrascah balance and transactions can be viewed at any time by checking the zangracash section of your account. You can also have your unused zangracash credited back to you: just send a message to zangra’s customer service with your bank account information.
 

4) Payment with a gift card
Please follow these steps if you wish to pay using a gift card:
1) Go to the user icon in the menu above if you already have an account and, otherwise, create a new account (see "create an account").
2) Add the desired products to your cart.
3) Go to the shopping cart in the menu above to view your items.
4) You can fill in the code from your gift card in the “Enter your code...” field.
5) Click on "Apply coupon"
6) Click on the "CHECKOUT" button.

I can’t make an online payment
If you can’t pay your order via our online platform, you can pay by bank transfer.
To do this, just follow the indication under this »link«.
Don’t forget to mention the order number.
You don’t need to send us a proof of payment.
When our accounting department will receive the payment, your order will be directly validated and prepared.
 

Where do I find again my unpaid order?
1) Please click on the user icon from the menu above and log into the system.
2) Choose "ORDER HISTORY" on the left-hand column.
3) Then, in the "INVOICE" column, click on the small icon to download the proforma invoice corresponding to your order.
