Create a private account 
1) Please click on the person logo from the menu above and log into the system as "NEW CUSTOMER".
2) Enter the required information in the PERSONAL INFORMATION  field.
3) Choose "CREATE AN ACCOUNT".
4) Upon successful registration, you will be sent an email with instructions to verify your registration.

 

Create an account for professionals

 

You are not a customer yet
1) Please click on the person logo from the menu above and log into the system as "NEW CUSTOMER".
2) Enter the required information in the "PERSONAL INFORMATION"  field.
3) Tik the box "professional account" under "ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS".
4) After your registration we need to validate your account first and only then you will have access to our website for professionals.
As long as your account has not been verified yet you will only have access to our website with retail prices.

 

You want to change your private account into a professional account
1) Please click the the person logo from the menu above and log into the system.
2) Choose "PROFESSIONAL REQUEST"  from the DASHBOARD.
3) Enter the required information.
4) Click the "SUBMIT" button.

 

You have already a private account and want to add a professional account
1) Please click the "SIGN IN" button from the menu above and log into the system as "NEW CUSTOMER".
2) Enter the required information (use antoher email address as your private account).
3) Tick the box "professional account" under "ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS".
4) After your registration we need to validate your account first and only then you will have access to our website for professionals.
As long as your account has not been verified yet you will only have access to our website with retail prices.

▹ contact by phone or mail

zangra's customer service cannot be contacted by either phone or email. The following are the reasons why the zangra team can only be contacted via a »contact form«.
At zangra, we have fully automated our website so that we can better answer our customers' questions.
Our online messaging service is directly linked to your online account.
So, once we receive your message via the »contact form«, we have direct access to all your orders and all the history of our message exchanges.
Therefore, please submit any enquiries only via the contact form.
We will be happy to answer your questions.

Having problems with our »contact form«?
Here is an overview of the problems you may encounter:

  1.  If you already have a customer account, please log in before messaging us.
  2.  Failure to login after entering your username and password. Please note that your username is not necessarily your email address!
  3.  If you cannot upload an image, it's probably too large. Please upload only .jpg images.
  4.  You did not receive our response to your message. We answer all messages, so please check your spam!
  5.  When you created your account you inadvertently entered an erroneous email address. If this is the case, you must create a new account with the correct email address. Our system will not allow you to create an account with an already existing email address. So, you will be able to check whether your email address had been entered correctly or not!

▹ forgot your password or username?

Reset your password or username:

  1. Please click on the person logo from the menu above.
  2. Click on »forgot password?« to reset it.
  3. Fill in your email address and "SEND"

In order to meet our security policies please note that if your password has been reset, you will not be able to reset the password again for a 24-hour period.

Possible login problems:

  1. The username and the password you entered are correct, but it is still impossible to log in. Beware! Your username is not necessarily your email address!!!
  2. If you don't get an email from us within a few minutes, please be sure to check your spam filter. The email will be coming from no-reply@zangra.com
  3. Keep in mind that there can be a significant delay receiving email into your Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail inbox. Please be patient if you are using one of these providers...
  4. You made a typing error in your email address without knowing, when you created your account. In that case, create a new account with the correct email address. Our system refuses to create an account with an address that already exists. This way you can find out whether your email address was correctly entered or whether or not it contained a typing error!

▹ having troubles with our contact form?

Possible contact form problems:

  1. If you are already a registered customer, you need to log in first before sending us a message.

2) Choose "ADDRESS BOOK”
4) Edit.
5) Add, change or remove your address -> Save changes.
