This sneaker was developed in the 1950s by an Eastern European factory Czech Boots (CeBo) as a response to the popular Converse All Stars which symbolised capitalist America. The Soviets wanted their own 'sneaker for the people'.
Not only did Eastern Europe fell in love with this canvas sneaker, it has since become a favourite here too.
It is impossible to imagine our streets without these quirky sneakers with their Soviet past.
There are shoes that mark an era and carry a certain spirit with them. This is one such shoe.
Made of 100% natural cotton and rubber sole.
