Use
1.Rub the shampoo bar between your wet hands to create a lather
2. Rub the lather into your wet hair (Alternatively you can also simply rub the shampoo bar directly onto the wet hair)
3. Massage in the foam
4. Rinse thoroughly

Should you feel that something is missing from your hair care regime, we recommend using a few drops of a pure natural base oil which you can purchase from a natural cosmetic manufacturer or use a natural conditioner, such as apple vinegar.
