Discover our elegant potence lamp in black lacquered brass with a black porcelain lamp holder designed to add a touch of flexibility to the lighting of your home.
This potence lamp features a swivelling arm that lets you illuminate your space from different angles, whether using it as a wall lamp or a pendant lamp. It blends harmoniously into any corner of your home, whether in the living room, above the dining table or above the bed.
Made with care in a European workshop, this potence lamp is inspired by a model developed in the 1950s.
This wall light with switch comes with a 350 cm textile cable, a black plug and a black switch. The distance between the switch and the start of the lamp is 65 cm.
Mounting screws are included.
This lamp requires an E27 bulb.

Soon after being established in 2009, zangra started to successfully cooperate with different porcelain factories all over the world – a cooperation that continues to this day. In recent years, zangra has spent a lot of time in world’s most famous porcelain cities. From Limoges in France to Jingdezhen in China, zangra was able to work at legendary porcelain factories. So in cooperation with the staff zangra created new models and rediscovered old forgotten molds. A number of old molds were put back in production making new pieces. zangra’s porcelain is still produced by hand, piece by piece. This makes each piece unique. zangra's work proved successful with their products being sold all over the world.

The light bulb is not included when you buy this light. You will find here the whole selection of LED, incandescent, stick and halogen light bulbs. Take into account that each light needs a specific type of light bulb. You will find the kind of light bulb that it requires under the "Technical Description" tab.

E27 stands for the type of the fitting of a lamp. E27 stands for a 27 mm diameter thread. "E" stands for Edison thread. So you always have to put an E27 light bulb in a fixture with an E27 fitting. E27 is the standard in England and most European countries.
The early light bulbs (remember them?) had a similar screw thread.
Be careful though, because there are also countries where E26 bulbs are the norm (for example in the United States).

All light fittings are classified according to their IP value. These IP values (International Protection or Ingress Protection) indicate the degree of protection of the light fitting against dust and moisture. The IP value consists of two digits: the first digit indicates the level of protection against dust; the second, the level of protection against moisture. What does the IP20 value mean on this light fitting?

IP20 means that the light fitting:
2: is protected against the intrusion of solid particles with a dimension greater than 12.5 millimetres.
0: has no protection against water penetration.

This light fitting can be installed indoors, but not in wet areas.
It is not recommended to install this light fitting outdoors.

A device with an IP20 value is not protected against dust or moisture. A light fitting marked IP20 may have holes to prevent overheating. However, the lamp is protected against contact with objects larger than 12.5 mm, such as a hand or finger.
This model is suitable for indoor use, but not outdoors.
