This surface-mounted, adjustable spotlight by Belgian brand zangra has been named Cornelius. Available in black and white, Cornelius can be used as a wall or ceiling light. Its discreet design makes it ideal for accent lighting. These spotlights have an IP20 protection rating and are therefore only suitable for indoor use. This lighting fixture has a GU10 fitting and must be equipped with a GU10 bulb. With a dimmable GU10 bulb, this lamp is dimmable.
All light fittings are classified according to their IP value. These IP values (International Protection or Ingress Protection) indicate the degree of protection of the light fitting against dust and moisture. The IP value consists of two digits: the first digit indicates the level of protection against dust; the second, the level of protection against moisture. IP20 means that the light fitting: 2: is protected against the intrusion of solid particles with a dimension greater than 12.5 millimetres. 0: has no protection against water penetration.
This light fitting can be installed indoors, but not in wet areas. It is not recommended to install this light fitting outdoors.

A GU10 light bulb is designed for GU10 or GZ10 fittings. These light bulbs are commonly used for spotlights. The GU10 light bulb employs a twist-and-lock system, called Bi-Pin, which consists of two prongs spaced 10 mm apart. U means "Universal". They operate at 230 volts without the need for a transformer or a driver. If your light bulb is dimmable, you will be able to adjust the brightness at all time.
