Discreet porcelain ceiling rose
This porcelain ceiling rose made in France can accommodate up to five cables, allowing you to personalise your interior design if you only have one lighting point. It's sure to bring a touch of refinement to any room where it's placed.
It's part of zangra's Pure Porcelain collection, a timeless collection of home decor items ranging from lamps and switches to bathroom and kitchen accessories.
This model comes complete with screws, five cable grips and a flush-mount box (Batibox type; Ø 70 mm x 60 mm). It is also available in black.
What is a ceiling rose?
A ceiling rose hides the electrical connection. A rose is used to hide the place where the electrical wires, that come out of the wall or ceiling, are attached to the lighting fixture. Ceiling roses are not only functional, but also decorative. As standard, a ceiling rose has one opening for one electrical wire, but nowadays, there are also ceiling roses with multiple holes to allow, for example, several pendant lamps to come from one lighting point. Soon after being established in 2009, zangra started to successfully cooperate with different porcelain factories all over the world – a cooperation that continues to this day. In recent years, zangra has spent a lot of time in world’s most famous porcelain cities. From Limoges in France to Jingdezhen in China, zangra was able to work at legendary porcelain factories. So in cooperation with the staff zangra created new models and rediscovered old forgotten molds. A number of old molds were put back in production making new pieces. zangra’s porcelain is still produced by hand, piece by piece. This makes each piece unique. zangra's work proved successful with their products being sold all over the world.Do not use an electrical screwdriver
Do not use electrical screwdrivers when installing ceramic or porcelain items. We recommend to first drill a hole in the wall, fit the right plugs inside and use a manual screwdriver to fix the screws in place. Be especially careful during the final tightening of the screws.
