▹ shipping costs

If you would like to estimate your shipping costs before completing check-out, just place your products in your cart and fill in your address.
If you are already logged in, the calculator uses your default shipping address to estimate your shipping rate.
The costs depend on your address, the weight and the size of your order. They are added to your order irrespective of the amount of your purchase.

All non-fragile orders under 30 kg will be sent by regular post. If your order weighs over 30 kg or contains many glass or porcelain items, then we'll send your parcel using a pallet.

Feel free to contact our customer service by filling in our »contact form«.

▹ shipping methods

Which shipping methods does zangra use?

Depending on the nature and size of your order, zangra will choose the most appropriate and cheapest shipping method.
All orders weighing less than 30 kg and which are not too fragile will be sent in a cardboard box.
If your order weighs more or contains a lot of glass or porcelain, we will ship your products on a pallet.

EXPECTED SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

Shipping time
The shipping time is the time we need to prepare and pack your order.
As soon as we dispatch your package, you will receive an automatic e-mail.
The time we need to hand over your package to our transport service depends on the products you want to purchase.
On each product page, we indicate our order preparation times (for example, shipped within 2-3 days). If your order contains products with different shipping times, please take into account the longest shipping time. If you wish, you can split your order into two separate orders.
In your shopping cart, you will find a column with the different shipping times.

Delivery time
The delivery time is the time needed by the post office or the transport company to deliver your package.

* Parcels
Allow 1 to 2 days for delivery by post in Belgium or the Netherlands. For other European countries, please allow up to 14 days in the worst case.

* Pallets
When pallets are picked up by a transport company, average delivery time is 3 to 4 working days for deliveries in Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Germany.
For all other countries, it can take 1 to 2 weeks.

IMPORTANT
These shipping and delivery times are only an estimate and may therefore vary.
Shipping and delivery times can be much longer around Christmastime due to the rush of the holiday season.
We therefore advise you to order in time to avoid any disappointment.
