14 days
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request a refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact.
You have 14 days to cancel your order and 14 days after that to return the goods to get a full refund.

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to zangra. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items lost or broken in transportation will not be compensated for.

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product based on your original method of payment. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. If you paid with VAT, the VAT will be included in the refund.

Products need to be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories.

Once we have verified the products, we will issue a refund to you via your original payment method.
Please ship the package back to zangra within 14 days from delivery date.

Broken or faulty items
Never send broken or faulty items back to zangra unless a member of staff has explicitly requested this!!!

Personalised or custom products
Please take note that custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations, such as
custom-cut cables
custom-made ceiling lamps
sheepskin rugs
and all other custom made items.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

▹ refund in case of a return

If you are returning any products according to our policy (see “return rules”), we will process the refund once the package has arrived back in our distribution centre as we first have to check for any damage.
The transfer can only be made using the same payment method as for your order.

Did you pay by card?
We'll transfer the amount back to your account as soon as possible.

Did you pay by bank transfer?
Please send us your bank information (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT of the bank) to our customer service through the contact form to allow refund.
Keep in mind that it may take a few days for the transfer to be processed.
