Products need to be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories to the following address:

A copy of the order form mentioning the reason you are returning the goods is mandatory in order for it to be accepted. Once we have verified the products, we will issue a refund to you via your original payment method.
Please ship the package back to zangra within 14 days from delivery date.

Please take note that custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations: such as custom-cut cables and custom-made ceiling lamps, sheepskin rugs and all other custom made items.

refund in case of a return

If you are returning any products according to our policy (see “return rules”), we will process the refund once the package has arrived back in our distribution centre as we first have to check for any damage.
The transfer can only be made using the same payment method as for your order.

Did you pay by card?
We'll transfer the amount back to your account as soon as possible.

Did you pay by bank transfer?
Please send us your bank information (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT of the bank) to our customer service through the contact form to allow refund.
Keep in mind that it may take a few days for the transfer to be processed.
