When you cancel an order (see "cancel my order"), return a package (see "return rules") or have received a damaged item (see "what to do with damaged items?"), you can contact us for a refund.
We can issue the refund straight away if your order hasn't been sent already or whenever an item has been damaged. The amount will appear on your account once again in a few days' time depending on the payment method you first used.
If you are returning any products, we will process the refund once they have arrived back in our distribution centre as we first have to check for any damage.
The transfer can only be made using the same payment method as for your order.
Did you pay by card?
We'll transfer the amount back to your account as soon as possible.
Did you pay by bank transfer?
Please mail your bank information (SWIFT and IBAN codes) to our customer service and we will transfer the amount back to your account.
Keep in mind that it may take a few days for the transfer to be processed.
