Can I add items or change my order once I've confirmed and paid for it?
No, once you have paid for your order, you can no longer add items or change your order.
But you may be able to cancel your order and re-order online! (see "cancel my order")

If your order has already been shipped, refuse delivery when the courier or postman tries to deliver it.
If you have already received your order you can easily send any unwanted items back to us for a refund within 14 days (see "return rules").

Can I add items or change my order once I've confirmed, but haven't yet paid for my order?
Yes, you can ignore the order and place a new order. The unpaid order will be cancelled automatically.
