Having problems with our »contact form«?
Here is an overview of the problems you may encounter:
- If you already have a customer account, please log in before messaging us.
- Failure to login after entering your username and password. Please note that your username is not necessarily your e-mail address!
- If you cannot upload an image, it's probably too large. Please upload only .jpg images.
- You did not receive our response to your message. We answer all messages, so please check your spam!
- When you created your account you inadvertently entered an erroneous e-mail address. If this is the case, you must create a new account with the correct e-mail address. Our system will not allow you to create an account with an already existing e-mail address. So, you will be able to check whether your e-mail address had been entered correctly or not!
