Unfortunately, we no longer offer free samples since we received this request too often in the past.
However, you are free to acquire a product and then send it back to zangra in the original packaging, together with a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return.
zangra will issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.

It is possible to generate your own quotation!

If you do not have a professional account yet
Please check »here« how you need to create a professional account. It is impossible to request for a quotation without professional account.

If you already have a professional account
To receive your quotation, simply follow these steps:

  1. Please click the "SIGN IN" button from the menu above and log into the system.
  2. Put the desired product or products in your shopping cart.
  3. Click the "GENERATE QUOTATION" button.
  4. Enter your billing and shipping address, so the system can calculate the shipping cost automatically.
  5. The transport cost has been added and the quotation can be generated by clicking "GENERATE QUOTATION".
  6. Click the "offre" button to save the quotation as a pdf or click "CHECKOUT" to purchase.
  7. If you would like to see all your quotations, simply click ont the "QUOTATION" button in the menu of your online account
  8. Click the "details" button to see the quotation and click "CHECKOUT" to purchase.

As long as quotations are not paid by the customer, they will not be prepared or sent out!
