paying with a gift card

Please follow these steps if you wish to pay using a gift card:

1) Go to the "LOG IN" button in the menu above if you already have an account and, otherwise, create a new account (see instructions here).
2) Add the desired products to your cart.
3) Go to the "CART" button in the menu above to view your items.
4) You can fill in the code from your gift card in the “CODE” field.
5) Press enter.
6) Click on the "CONTINUE" button.

refund

When you cancel an order (see "cancel my order"), return a package (see "return rules") or have received a damaged item (see "what to do with damaged items?"), you can contact us for a refund.
We can issue the refund straight away if your order hasn't been sent already or whenever an item has been damaged. The amount will appear on your account once again in a few days' time depending on the payment method you first used.
If you are returning any products, we will process the refund once they have arrived back in our distribution centre as we first have to check for any damage.

The transfer can only be made using the same payment method as for your order.

Did you pay by card?
We'll transfer the amount back to your account as soon as possible.

Did you pay by bank transfer?
Please mail your bank information (SWIFT and IBAN codes) to our customer service and we will transfer the amount back to your account.
Keep in mind that it may take a few days for the transfer to be processed.

paying with a promotion code

If you want to pay your order with a promotional code, please follow these instructions:

1) If you already have an account, go to the "CONNECTION" box at the top right. If not, create a new one. You will find the instructions »here«.
2) Add the desired products to your basket.
3) Then go to "BASKET", located at the top left, to see your articles.
4) You can enter the code written on your promotional code in the "CODE" box
5) Press the "ENTER" key
6) Click on "CONTINUE"

problems with your payment

I can’t process to online payment
If you can’t pay your order thanks to our online platform, you can pay by bank transfer.
To do this, just follow the indication under this »link«.
Don’t forget to mention the order number.
You don’t need to send us a proof of payment.
When our accounting department will receive the payment, your order will be directly validated and prepared.

Where do I find again my unpaid order?
1) Please click the "SIGN IN" button from the menu above and log into the system.
2) Click the "MY ACCOUNT" button from the menu above.
3) Choose "ORDERS/INVOICES".
4) Click on "Details".
